I. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website operated under the brand VinCheckExpert, available at https://vincheckexpert.com (the “Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.

VinCheckExpert provides vehicle history reports based on a Free VIN Check and data obtained from our own databases and third-party sources. Reports may include information related to mileage, potential odometer discrepancies, vehicle accidents or damages, legal status, service history, previous ownership, market value estimates, defects, recalls, and historical vehicle images.

Reports are provided for informational purposes only and must not be considered as a substitute for a professional vehicle inspection.

II. Definitions

“Report” – a digital vehicle history report generated based on available data and algorithmic estimations.
“VIN” – Vehicle Identification Number as defined by ISO 3833.
“Consumer / User” – a natural person acting outside of business or professional activity.
“Database” – all internal and third-party data sources available to VinCheckExpert.
“Algorithm” – a statistical model used to estimate mileage where direct records are unavailable.

III. Use of the Website

All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content belong to Watson One LLC or its licensors.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

copy, reproduce, or redistribute Website content for commercial purposes;
modify or reverse-engineer Website materials;
resell or sublicense Reports;
use the Website in a manner that violates applicable laws.

IV. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Website:

in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful way;
to distribute malware or malicious software;
to perform automated data extraction (scraping, crawling) without written consent;
to send unsolicited marketing communications.

V. Reports & Payments

Access to VinCheckExpert Reports is provided on a paid basis.

Payments are securely processed by our authorized payment providers Stripe and PayPal, supporting major credit/debit cards and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

We do not store or access payment card details.

Personal data may be processed outside the EEA, including the United States, under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Reports are usually delivered within minutes and no later than 72 hours after successful payment.

VI. Accuracy Disclaimer

Reports are generated based on the data available at the time of request.

VinCheckExpert does not guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy.

We are not responsible for:

missing or outdated data;
incorrect VIN input by the user;
decisions made based on the Report.

VII. Limitation of Liability

VinCheckExpert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except in cases of intentional misconduct or fraud, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Reports are provided strictly as informational tools and do not constitute legal, mechanical, or professional advice.

VIII. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted within 14 days in the following cases:

Report not delivered after payment;
technical failure preventing delivery;
obvious data mismatch (e.g., incorrect VIN).

Refunds are not granted due to dissatisfaction with unavailable data.

IX. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.

X. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Material changes will be communicated via the Website or email (if provided).

XI. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VinCheckExpert regarding the use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements.
